Taste of the Chesapeake

There’s no denying that many of our visitors have come just for the food. With the waters of the Chesapeake Bay just steps away, we not only understand how enticing our region’s seafood is, we live it every day. One of the best events of the year for enjoying our mouthwatering seafood dishes is the Taste of the Chesapeake benefit dinner.

The Taste of the Chesapeake is an evening of unique Chesapeake-inspired food and drink, live music, raffles, and silent auction. The event helps raise critical funds to support programs and progress toward Chesapeake watershed restoration. 

Besides the mouthwatering food, last year’s silent auction included a weeklong Vermont vacation, Chesapeake waterway trips, sports events tickets, themed baskets, gift certificates, and much more! 

Taste of the Chesapeake is hosted by the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay and will be held at the Crowne Plaza Annapolis on September 26th, 6-9PM. Visit the Taste of Chesapeake website for more information on the event.
